Hallmarking
I have a hallmark and makers mark registered with the London Assay Office. You will notice however that not all of my jewellery designs carry a hallmark. This is because there is only a legal requirement to mark items made partly or exclusively of Sterling Silver (excluding the weight of any stones set) if they exceed 7.78g. Designs that are heavier than this weight are all hallmarked.
