Your jewellery is sent via a next day special delivery tracked & signed-for service in the UK, and by Royal Mail tracked & signed for international destinations. Shipping is free within the UK. Unfortunately, due to new GSPR regulations, i am no longer able to sell my jewellery within the EU and Northern Ireland.The cost of delivery within For all other international destinations, please get in touch. Please note, any customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Dispatch Times

All of my jewellery is completely handcrafted and therefore dispatch times can vary, depending on whether your chosen piece is ready to go when you place your order.

Stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days. For bespoke pieces, dispatch times will vary slightly, depending on the length of time it will take to create your jewellery and if it needs to be sent for hallmarking. I will be able to advise you at the time of your purchase and keep you updated.

Please let me know if you need your jewellery within a certain timeframe and I will do my very best to meet your requirements.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

I hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery. If you are not entirely happy for any reason, you can return or exchange your purchase; if it is returned in its original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition within 14 days of your purchase. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item has arrived damaged. The safest way to return an item would be via Royal Mail special delivery service.

Please get in touch within 7 days if you have any problems with your purchase and I will be happy to help.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of the following items they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

Commissioned pieces: as they have been created specifically to your requirements.

Earrings: for health and hygiene reasons.

Cancellations are accepted if made before the item has been dispatched.

Gift Wrapping

Whether this is a special treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one, your jewellery will come beautifully packaged. If your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient, i am happy to include a handwritten card with a special message from you :) There is a section at the checkout for this purpose.
